Often touted as the 'most important' meal of the day, choose from any of these breakfasts to help set you up for the day ahead.
Fresh fruit smoothie
Blend a banana with 100g Weight Watchers Natural Yoghurt, 100g blueberries, 200ml skim milk and 1 tsp honey. If you're short on time, grab a Weight Watchers Fruit Cereal Bar to eat on the run after your smoothie.
Creamy mushrooms on toast
Simmer 2 sliced mushrooms in a non-stick frying pan with ½ cup of hot vegetable stock for 4-5 minutes, until the liquid has almost evaporated. Stir in 40g low-fat ricotta and heat for a few minutes. Serve on two slices of wholegrain toast and season with ground pepper.
Eggs and beans on toast
Top a slice of wholemeal toast with ½ cup of Weight Watchers Baked Beans and two eggs cooked to your liking. Add baby spinach leaves.
Smoked salmon & cream cheese bagel
Slice a bagel in half and spread with 2 tsp low-fat cream cheese. Place 20g smoked salmon on top. Add 3 halved cherry tomatoes and sandwich together. Eat immediately or pack up for breakfast on the go!
Cereal with fruit and yoghurt
Top a medium bowl of Weight Watchers Fruit & fibre Tropical Cereal with slices of mixed fresh fruit, or a serve of Weight Watchers Canned Sliced Peaches, ½ cup of skim milk and dollop Weight Watchers Natural Yoghurt on top.
Healthy big breakfast
Grill two rashers of lean bacon and a large tomato. Serve with ½ cup Weight Watchers Baked Beans and mushrooms (grilled without fat or simmered in hot stock).
Oats with yoghurt and honey
Make a warming bowl of porridge with 30g oats and 1 cup of water. Top with 2 tbs Weight Watchers Natural Yoghurt, 100g raspberries and 2 tsp honey.
