Prosciutto di Parma forks with gorgonzola & walnuts

  • Serving size: Serves 2-4
  • Cooking time: Less than 30 minutes

Place 4 forks on a chopping board. Skewer a slice of prosciutto lengthways onto each fork. Gently place a piece of gorgonzola on top, then add a slice of pear and some grated walnut.

Drizzle vincotto or balsamic on a serving plate, then arrange prosciutto forks on the plate. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and serve.

Cook's tip

This is a simple, no-fuss canapé option. The prosciutto could be substituted with bresaola or mortadella.
