Mini fish cake burgers

Ingredients

  • 300g white flesh fish (boneless and skinless)
  • 50g green beans, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sweet chilli sauce
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 4 mini bap rolls, split
  • small pineapple rings, sliced tomato, butter lettuce leaves and mayonnaise, to serve

  • Serving size: Serves 4
  • Cooking time: Less than 30 minutes
Method

Place fish, beans, chilli sauce, salt and pepper in a food processor. Process until just combined. Shape mixture into four patties.

Heat a large oiled frying pan over a medium heat. Cook patties for 2 to 3 minutes each side or until golden brown and just cooked through.

Serve patties between rolls with pineapple, tomato, lettuce and mayonnaise.
