  • 125g cold unsalted butter, chopped
  • 200g dark chocolate, chopped
  • ½ cup caster sugar
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1¼ cups plain flour, sifted
  • 180g white chocolate, chopped
  • 100g milk chocolate, chopped
  • Makes 16

Choc-full fudge brownies

  • Cooking time: Less than 60 minutes

Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease and line a 20cm square cake tin.

Place butter and dark chocolate in a small saucepan on low heat and stir until melted. Stir in sugar. Cool for 10 minutes.

Stir in eggs, then flour, and lastly white and milk chocolate. Spoon mixture into prepared tin. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until firm to touch. Cool in the pan. Cut into 16 squares and serve.
